Since these types of sales are abnormal and are not used on a daily basis, several customers have suggested the following improvements to facilitate their use:

Visual Instructions:

Add informational messages about the validity of exonerated customer cards (they are only valid for one year, even if the card has no expiration date).

Include tooltips (pop-up tips) to clarify that not all fields are necessary, but that they depend on the type of exemption.

Document Validation:

Implement Amazon Rekognition to validate that documents are not expired, thus improving the accuracy and security of the process.
