Add a complete accounting module to Yalo Cobro that includes the following: Expenses (in POS and backoffice) Balance of Results Account Consolidation Account Management (categories of outputs and inputs) Taxes Extra Accounting Reporting

Improvement Proposal Since these types of sales are abnormal and are not used on a daily basis, several customers have suggested the following improvements to facilitate their use: Visual Instructions: Add informational messages about the validity of exonerated customer cards (they are only valid for one year, even if the card has no expiration date). Include tooltips (pop-up tips) to clarify that not all fields are necessary, but that they depend on the type of exemption. Document Validation: Implement Amazon Rekognition to validate that documents are not expired, thus improving the accuracy and security of the process.

Allow moving the location/order of how the categories are displayed in Yalo Cobro POS

Have the option to Re-Send or Reprint an Order. You should keep track of how many times it is sent.

Request improvement for the implementation of keeping Yalo Cobro's main processes updated in real time, such as everything related to orders, editions of them and keeping all devices updated with the correct information

A flow will be added that can be configured to exit automatically once the “Charge” flow begins, where you can choose a tip by percentage or amount and then require the customer's signature. The backoffice configuration is considered the Suggested Minimum Tip and if the amount is lower, authorization and reason must be required

The reports only show that a discount was given and the amount that was discounted, but it is necessary to be able to see what the discount is (seniors, employees, etc.) and who authorized it.

Add “Private Cloud” functionality for large customers who require it. Where these customers can use our web, IOS, Android applications but use a separate AWS instance just for them. It was thought of having a login button for “Enterprise Login” where these companies must enter their domain and there they can log in.
